Velcro felted discs are a very effective means of polishing various surfaces using polishing pastes, liquids and sealants.

Compared to synthetic discs, felt discs have significant advantages:

• Sheep wool is one of the most flexible materials among natural fibers, so it can be used to polish any type of surface. The required edges and shape of the disc are maintained throughout its life,
• you can use the peripheral part as well as the entire surface of the wheel for polishing,
• a new, not yet used wheel has the same properties for a polishing or abrasive paste as an already used felt wheel,
• the ability to machine-produce felt within narrow production tolerances allows us to offer the exact shape required by the customer,
• in the case of machine polishing, a shorter time is required when replacing the felt disc (compared to other types of discs),
• the abrasive particles are evenly distributed on the capillaries of the felt, which results in uniform polishing of the surface to be treated.
