As the name suggests, technical needled felt is used for technical or industrial use. It is used effectively in particular in the following areas:

• steel industry - wiping, braking and cleaning of steel coils,
• health protection in hazardous working conditions (fire, high temperatures, etc.)
• car wash
• food industry - conveyor belts,
• packaging industry - felt sleeves and protective elements,
• transport systems in the production of aluminum and glass,
• sealing and insulating components,
• squeegees and cleaning parts.

We supply technical needled felt made not only of standard synthetic fibers, such as polyester, polyamide and polypropylene, but also of other well-known fibers, such as Nomex®, Kevlar®, Twaron®, Kermel®, Basofil®, Sigrafil®, Aramid®. It is also possible to combine the fibers according to the application for which this felt is to be used.

Possibilities of production of needled felt in rolls:

- width of rolls: 150 - 200 cm (Other roll widths can be made on request, depending on the type of material and the quality of the needled felt)

- thickness range: 0.5 - 35 mm

- weight: 50 - 10 000 g/m²

- density: 0.08 - 0.40 g/m²

- length of rolls: 25 - 100 m
